Persistence

Introverts don’t give up easily. They have lots of practice trying to get their thoughts across and voices heard over the noise created by extroverts.

Know Their Limits

Introverts are very familiar with their own boundaries. If guidance and support are needed when they enter unfamiliar territory, they ask for help.

Value Uniqueness

Introverts are often misunderstood and struggle to get their true talents recognized and appreciated, so they are quite respectful of the different working styles and preferences of others.

Don’t Jump to Conclusions

Introverts are deliberate in their decision making and they take time to evaluate and process situations.

Independent Workstyle

Introverts make amazing team leaders, but they’re just as successful when working independently.

Think Before Speaking

Prior to contributing to a conversation, introverts think long and hard about what they want to say and how they will say it.
