Yogurt has a lot of great benefits to our health and it's a great way to add calcium and beneficial bacteria into our diets. Anyone can adapt to the taste of low-sugar yogurt and it just needs time and gradual incorporation.

Yogurt with fruits in it are likely to have a high amount of added sugar, but you can instead buy fresh fruit of your own and add it into that, thus getting less sugar but more fruit with the same number of calories or even lower.
