Most of the time we're so focused on figuring out the best approach that we never get around to taking action.
Planning and strategizing are all good things, but they don't produce results.
We all know there r 2 types of habits- good habits and bad ones. We find it very difficult eradicating our bad habits and cultivating good ones.
Let's suppose assume an oak tree. The way it deeply trenches its roots deep down resembles the potential of our bad habit. Not only unless v work hard but also with consistency we'll be able to get rid off it.
A good habit resembles a very beautiful flower which is delicate to handle. Unless we have patience ,hope and with constant work ,we can't cultivate it.

It is a plan you make beforehand about when and where to act. That is, how you intend to implement a particular habit.
The format for creating an implementation intension is :
“When situation X arises, I will perform response Y.”
