How does it work?

1. Sit comfortably

2. Identify your biggest stressor

  • Acknowledge how you feel in your body; physical discomforts Ex. tension in the neck,etc
  • Identify the intensity of the physical discomfort on a scale of 1-10.

3. Identify the 9 meridian points:

  • side of the hand
  • yebrows
  • temple
  • under the eye
  • under the nose
  • crease under the bottom lip
  • collarbone
  • armpit
  • top of the head

4. Once you know the correct areas to tap, acknowledge your stressors while tapping these 9 points in sequence, with your fingers 5-7 times.

5. Repeat the process for several minutes and feel the physical tension melt away
