For example - Ever identified yourself as someone who is not confident.

Every time you identify as a person who has low confidence, you are strengthening the pathways that makes it a dominant path in your brain. This makes you more negative.

Note: Neural pathways are brain structures responsible for thought processing and functioning of your brain and body.
