How We Use Technology

Our bodies are smart, if not smarter, than our brains.

Our own gut is called the second brain, and we have never been taught to listen to our gut feeling or instinct. It is the extended mind at work.

According to science writer Annie Murphy Paul, we think better when our brain is provided with extra-neural resources: Our body, our environment, and the people that are around us.

3 main ways we can turn down the chatter in our heads

  1. Shifting our perspective
  2. Talking to others to get support; and

The Future Of Typing

We eventually may not have to type by hand anymore, as that is where the friction and the typos are coming from.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
