One thing I've realised with my anxiety is that....When I started to become more mindful of my thought patterns...I've realised that my thoughts have no control over me and neither am I my thoughts.

They'll just come and go anyway...but this is for sure is that they'll never stay permanent!

Because after all they are thoughts!
