On your phone create a playlist and name it positve songs. Fill this play list with all the songs that make you the most happy in life and gives you the most positive memories. These songs could be songs you havent heard in a long time or even new songs you enjoy. Everytime you have a stressful day go home and sit and listen to at least 5 songs from your playlist. Close your eyes and breath and focus on the song, the beat the lyrics. Do this everytime you start to feel stressed. Once you listened to a song go through some of the lyrics that you feel made you most happy and keep them saved.
