Sincerity vs Seriousness - Deepstash

Sincerity vs Seriousness

Seriousness - hyper-focusing on the outcome; taking whatever means to "win" or "succeed" at something, possibly at the cost of one's own health or the safety of others

Sincerity - to want to do something well, even enjoying the process while anticipating results

Similar to the idea of "journey before destination", focusing on and celebrating the progress one has made over wondering if it will be "good enough" for others. After all, what is "enough" and who defines it?ย

Sure, results are important, and is that all life has to offer? Are we human beings, or human done?
