1. What are 20% of the activities that people do that are producing 80% of what I want? 2. What are 20% of the activities and people that are producing 80% of my problems? 3. What 20% of activities that people are taking 80% of my time? 4. What do I need to do to increase the value of what I am doing 10x? 5. What has had the greatest positive and negative emotional impact on my life the last month? 6. If I accomplish one thing to feel that the day is completed, what is the one thing?

Have comfy homeware - not just some random clothes, but clothing that one genuinely enjoys the feel and look of.&nbsp; 2. Create a routine - it doesn't need to be the exact same thing every day; what matters is that you are creating the space for you to care for your own curiosities, alongside your physical and emotional well-being.&nbsp; 3. Clean and ventilate your living space - after all, it's the space we're spending the most of our time anyway.&nbsp;

4. Have a walk - getting up to move creates a break before you need to get back to work. It doesn't need to be anywhere in particular, so create a new journey for yourself by observing carefully.&nbsp; 5. Make some food - know what you're fueling your body with. Homecooked meals, even if it's just yourself, are bound to make you feel more grounded in your work.&nbsp; 6. Have a simple hobby - an activity that can be done without much thought. Instead of seeing it as a time-waster, it's a brain break, so that new ideas can be generated naturally and creatively.&nbsp;

7. Set short-term goals - humans have trouble processing huge pieces of information. Setting and having small wins create motivation to overcome the friction of doing something that seems more challenging. Overall, these are simple things to incorporate into one's lifestyle. Some can be combines (ie. making cooking and trying new dishes a hobby). The main gist is reminding one's self that we too are human, rather than punishing ourselves for not consistently hyper-focusing on the things we MUST get done. Home can be a prison or a sanctuary - it all depends on how we view it and what we do.

Humans are beings of emotion - it can be an ultimate strength or a downfall. It allows many of us to feel empathy and act upon injustice. It also holds some of us back, in attempts to keep us safe from the unknown future.&nbsp; To learn is to grow until one is stunted by the perceived limitations of their own past experiences. Therefore, choosing to let go of ideas that do not support one's growth would make the most sense. Not the easiest choice, but the profit would be worth much more than the price.&nbsp;

Letting Go Of The Past 

The first step to solving a problem is acknowledging the problem. More so, to acknowledge that emotions, ultimately, are there for a reason: to serve or protect oneself.&nbsp; So what is underlying the emotion? What can truly be learnt from the experience and emotion? Every event has 2 sides to it - what perception was ultimately developed from the event?&nbsp; If the perception isn't helping you NOW, you can choose to let it go. Once it's gone, it remains gone. It may want to come back, but it's the commitment to letting go that will create small wins and build upon the grit muscle in the end!

1. Make It A MUST 

Building mindfulness to one's habits, whether it be sourced from positive or negative emotions. Habits build into lifestyles, becoming second nature to humans so that we can create other things and solutions.&nbsp; Hence, training the mind to notice little triggers and reactions to various situations is the next step. With this awareness, one can better identify what can and will be different.&nbsp; A simple swap in perception can lead to shifts in habits and reactions. After all, doing the same thing again and again, expecting a different result, is insanity.

2. Identify Emotional Habits

Identify what can be helpful. Once mindfulness kicks in, it's time to build outwards - what can replace or help to manage previously unhelpful habits?&nbsp; Emotional energy can be transferred in various forms. Rituals can help one to remain grounded, especially when it feels like chaos is happening. It's also fun to experiment with different things, see what works!&nbsp; Most importantly is to prioritize these rituals and habits. To build a muscle is to act consistently, including practicing new beliefs that support one's current self.&nbsp;

3. Condition Through Empowering Rituals 

Sounds straightforward, yet can be challenging at times - it's easier to focus on what has happened compared to what can be different next time. It's natural for humans to want to take the path of least effort. To breakthrough is to recognize this, and still choose to challenge oneself when the situation calls for it. There will be mistakes, disappointment and frustration, and all of that could either mean blaming one's self and others or learning what not to do next time.&nbsp;

4. Focus On What Can Be Controlled

One's environment reflects what's on the inside. Humans are naturally social creatures who want to connect to those on similar journeys as themselves.&nbsp; To grow is to not only consume information, but also to put it to practical use. Application and implementation allow for experimentation, which ultimately creates experiences for one's self and others to learn from and connect through.&nbsp; Not everyone has the privilege to simply remove people from their lives. The most one can do is acknowledge their emotions around said person and find ways to channel said emotional energy healthily.&nbsp;

5. Focus On Personal Growth With Positive People

Ultimately, every human can be seen as a gift to this world. With every soul, there are precious experiences that when shared, can make the world seem a lot less alone.&nbsp; Without expectations, <a href=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6iFiWh14_X4 class="idea-content-link" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">contribution</a> can be powerful - to see that one has the ability to make others smile and feel loved creates a sense of worth. It acts as an engine starter to create more moments a such, which eventually can grow and fill the heart with love. Nothing needs to be grand or costly, even taking the time to say "thank you" or just listening to someone can support them unknowingly :)

"Victory tastes sweetest only because of how hard it was to achieve it" Instant gratification makes it easier for people to choose, especially choosing to leave a situation that seems too challenging, that doesn't suit us, or seems less favourable than another option. To do so isn't necessarily wrong, but how much meaning can one derive from that consistently?&nbsp; To consciously choose patience is to practice commitment to a person, though it can also be applied to projects, hobbies, even building to lifeestyles. No Matter What, the world is bound to give what is needed to those who wait.&nbsp;&nbsp;
