Procrastination

It's the worst thing you can do to your mind. it's a loop in which keep delaying your thoughts and actions for some momentary pleasure or satisfaction but give your mind future stress or anxiety.

People say that it is good only when done for a short period of time to rediscover yourself and the peace of mind. Longer duration of procrastination stalls on ability to think and act as you are a prey to a vicious circle of same repetitive thoughts with a disclaimer of not being able to fulfill them. This limits your brain to keep new thoughts/ future plans at bay developing a sense of irritability.
