Recognise your Response to Anger.

Feelings of anger are usually accompanied by both physical and mental symptoms.

It is important to remember that anger isn't always expressed in the same way.

Outward expressions of anger such as yelling or breaking things may be more apparent, but anger can also be expressed in more inward way.

When you direct your anger inward, you might do things to punish yourself. You might criticize yourself with negative self-talk or even engage in actions that result in self-harm.

Take Some Deep Breaths.

When anger strikes, itโ€™s easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment. Your body often enters a state known as the fight-or-flight response, which helps prime your body to take action.

In order to take control and reduce feelings of anger, it can be helpful to focus on your breathing.

Focus on taking slow, deep, controlled breaths (atleast for 10 seconds) .Rather than taking shallow breaths that only fill your chest.

It can give you time to calm yourself, take some moments to think, and respond in a way that isn't going to have long-term negative effects.

3 ways you can bring change in others

It's the worst thing you can do to your mind. it's a loop in which keep delaying your thoughts and actions for some momentary pleasure or satisfaction but give your mind future stress or anxiety.

People say that it is good only when done for a short period of time to rediscover yourself and the peace of mind. Longer duration of procrastination stalls on ability to think and act as you are a prey to a vicious circle of same repetitive thoughts with a disclaimer of not being able to fulfill them. This limits your brain to keep new thoughts/ future plans at bay developing a sense of irritability.
