Intro : 

Many astronauts suffer from some vision loss. Although it is not completely understood why. It is believed to be due to increased pressure inside the head. Cosmic rays, usually absorbed by our atmosphere, also creates momentary flashes of light.

Eyes : 

Astronauts are taller in space! On Earth, gravity compresses our spine. When gravity is weak, the space between the vertebrae in our spine is able to expand.

Spine : 

In space, muscles aren't really needed to hold up the body. Over time, they become weaker and deteriorate (worse). Astronauts must exercise everyday to prevent this from happening.

Muscles : 

Blood is normally pulled towards our feet by gravity. But in space, the blood and fluid is pulled towards the head giving astronauts puffy faces.

Blood : 

Like our muscles, bones aren't needed much in microgravity. Without exercise, they deteriorate and become weak and brittle.

Bones : 

In space, hearts don't have to work as hard to pump blood around the body. So eventually, they may shrink, which can cause problems for astronauts when they return to earth.

Heart : 

Cosmic radiation, stress, insomnia and trying to re-orient your body's balance system mean the astronaut's brain is constantly adopting while in space.

Brain :

Recognise your Response to Anger. 

One way to reduce your anger is to change the way that you think about events, people, or situations. When you find yourself focusing on things in a negative or irrational way, it's easy to get caught up in emotions that feel dramatic and even overwhelming.By changing the way you think, you may be less likely to experience negative emotions such as anger.

Change Your Thinking. 

In addition to deep breathing, learning relaxation strategies such as mindfulness, meditation, visualization, and progressive muscle relaxation can help you keep you cool when you find yourself getting angry.oFor example, mindfulness is an approach that encourages people to focus on the here and now, including how they are feeling in the present moment. Learning how to be attentive of how you are feeling can help develop a greater sense of self-awareness and often allows you to look at anger-provoking situations in a more detached way.

Use Relaxation Strategies. 

In addition to finding new ways to think and respond, it is also important to understand what might be triggering your anger in the first place. Anger can be caused by a number of different things. Factors such as your personality, your coping style, your relationships, and your stress levels can all play a part in determining how much anger you experience in response to different situations and triggers.Some things that can trigger anger include:<ul><li>Conflicts in relationships.</li><li>Family/Financial problems.</li><li>Memories of negative events.</li><li>Problems at work.</li><li>Traffic, canceled plans, being late, etc. </li></ul>
