A common consensus that most experts agree with is that the universe began with an infinitesimally small point and expanded from that point at a rate comparable to the speed of light. This idea of an expanding point is also clearly seen with singularities.
By combining ideas from BHIP, we can see that the 2D surface of the Event Horizon can store information and can cause the Black Hole to expand depending on the expansion of the mini universe at the singularity.
In other words, we could be living inside of a Simulation and a Black Hole at the same time!
