Start the recipe by mixing the eggs and the melted butter with an electric beater in you mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese progressively while still beating the whole cream. Once you obtain a nice cream add the almond flour and the sugar. When this results in a creamy dough you are ready to place it in the muffin pan. Put in the oven pre-heated at 340F for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
