7. Set short-term goals - humans have trouble processing huge pieces of information. Setting and having small wins create motivation to overcome the friction of doing something that seems more challenging.
Overall, these are simple things to incorporate into one's lifestyle. Some can be combines (ie. making cooking and trying new dishes a hobby). The main gist is reminding one's self that we too are human, rather than punishing ourselves for not consistently hyper-focusing on the things we MUST get done.
Home can be a prison or a sanctuary - it all depends on how we view it and what we do.
