Remember to share the ?why of what you do.</li><li>Find your big why. Throw out the dispassionate corporatespeak. Talking about your beliefs, your values, your vision for the world will engage people’s emotions, which is how they make decisions.</li><li>Craft a Vivid Vision and make it public. Speak three years into the future. Don't worry if you’re currently small or operating from a warehouse. Talk about the future as if it’s happening now.</li></ol>
