Replay the story of where you have been and what you have done that led up to where you are now, and then visualize what you and others must do in the future so you will reach your goals.

Most of us are limited by our mindset rather than abilities. Mostly we dont pursue bigger and harder goals cause we like to stay in our comfort zone and pursue something that is relatively easy to do and takes less time.
