Focus on doing one thing at a time and do it with concentration!

Even if you think you are multitasking you are actually doing one thing at a time, aren’t you? You might have five tasks on your hands, but I’m sure you don’t do all five things at the same time. You are writing an e-mail. You stop writing it and take a phone call. You hang up and continue writing the e-mail. A colleague comes to you with a question. You stop writing your e-mail and answer the question and so on. So forget about multitasking. Focus on doing one thing at a time and do it with concentration!!

One Thing At A Time

Focus on what you are great at, and what you want to do for the rest of your life, as time is a limited resource, and you cannot be great at everything. Attain mastery by focusing on one thing and utilizing your time well, instead of being distracted with multiple options.

Making resolutions requires no effort, but if we decide to suddenly shift towards improving too many of our behaviors at once, it can backfire.

Focus on one thing that you want to change, at a time, and commit to it.
