one of the most important elements of success is introspection and being constantly working on your set goal. whenever you are doing something for some time, reanalyze your current situation and ask yourself am i getting closer or further from my goals?same thing applies for your thoughts. emotion is energy in motion, if you can change the way you think you can change the way you act am i focusing on what i want or what I dont want?
