Motivation Is Overrated

Motivation Is Overrated

  • Motivation is fleeting. Remember how that coffee and push-ups made you active? You probably had to repeat it to be motivated again.
  • What you need to search for is drive and discipline. Sometimes when obstacles get in the way of our plans we easily give up. You have 1 hour for the gym but you finished your work late? Instead of completely not doing it, just do some push-ups somewhere, it doesn't have to be in the gym. You can sweat anywhere. Just get it done. Just show up.
  • Know what you want, why you want it, and work your bum every single day to achieve it.
