It's been a while since I used to have full blown anxiety episodes. Till date, it lingers somewhere deep down in my head.
The only difference is, now I know what helps me bringing it under control. Few pointers which might help someone out there. :)
1. There is no quick fix to it.
2. The more you think about it, more control it takes over you.
3. Medicines surely help once you accept the problem.
4. Stop comparing yourself to the older versions of you. Noone ever makes to the other side of the storm without bringing a change along.
5. It is okay to cry.
6. Take that much needed long breath and stop.
