It's been a while since I used to have full blown anxiety episodes. Till date, it lingers somewhere deep down in my head.
The only difference is, now I know what helps me bringing it under control. Few pointers which might help someone out there. :)
1. There is no quick fix to it.
2. The more you think about it, more control it takes over you.
3. Medicines surely help once you accept the problem.
4. Stop comparing yourself to the older versions of you. Noone ever makes to the other side of the storm without bringing a change along.
5. It is okay to cry.
6. Take that much needed long breath and stop.

7. No matter how blue you feel, how heavy your heart is. Collect whatever little spark you have inside and go out. I repeat, Just Go Out !
Go out for a walk, go out for a short workout, go out to your favourite place or the favourite person, go out to eat, find your reason and JUST GO OUT.
Truth is - Anxiety never leaves your side, you just become stronger with time.
