We have found it helpful to wake and follow the normal daily routine. We get dressed, despite the fact we aren’t going anywhere, and we try to start work and schooling at the same time, as usual, to keep to a normal schedule.
We’ve been saying we wanted to start meditating for years, but we’ve never made the time for it. Now is our time!
