Reframing means that we look at our circumstances, our behaviours, and our relationships from a different angle. I know from experience how easy it can be to be drawn into a single view of a circumstance, and therefore struggling to find a good way to change things. We need to instead look at the good and the bad from multiple angles, as a way to help maximise our insights and chances of success.

Reframing is a way of changing the way you look at something and, thus, changing your experience of it.
It takes effort, attention, and practice to see the world around you in a brand-new light.
You can practice reframing by physically or mentally changing your point of view, by seeing the world from others’ perspectives, and by asking questions that begin with “why.”
Exposing yourself to unique points of view is a good way to spark constant curiosity and to stay open-minded.
Well-read people understand that there are always multiple ways to look at a problem and multiple lenses with which to view the world.
