For example, losing weight not only comes with exercising. But also with a balanced diet, good sleep, new habits that create real lifestyle changes. Because if you don't change the way you live, the weight you lost will be back in no time. So whatever it is, it could be the simplest stupid thing, but if it's important to you it's not stupid so just do it ;) And I'm not saying all change is good for you. I'm not saying you should be changing everything in your life. I'm just saying you should also adapt to bad changes. Find a way to cope with the bad too. ⬇️
