I say this because I think it's possible and I'd like you to believe that it's true too. There's a world beyond set of logics and principles which never fails to amaze you.
That's pretty philosophical. But yes, I think so too.

We often say "yes" just because it's so much easier than saying "no." It's human nature.
So capitalize on that tendency by asking yourself if there's a different "yes" you can give so you can maintain the spirit of the affirmative.
Don't Overcommit
One of the many reasons we feel so overwhelmed is because we say yes to far too many things. It leaves you in a difficult place of committing to something you didn't want in the first place.
It's better to say, "let me get back to you".
Be Proactive
We're in charge. We choose the scripts by which to live our lives. Use this self-awareness to be proactive and take responsibility for your choices. Reactive people take a passive stance -- they believe the world is happening to them. They say things like:
