Different methods work for different people, to find your method you will have to explore it might take a few days or weeks to figure it out but it's worth it. I tried following the hype of the pomodoro method but it didn't work out for me. What did was, having a list of tasks in front of me and a 2 - 5 hour timer on, this way I would finish my work in one sitting and would be relaxed after.
