  • Your resolution should be such that it doesn't demand drastic things .
  • Understand and imbibe in yourself the purpose of resolution.
  • And you should be able to divide and implement it into your routine.

Eg. Suppose your resolution is to Gym daily.

  1. The purpose is to stay healthy or develop muscle.
  2. Start with getting up daily and doing 10 push ups as soon as you leave bed (And increase it with time)
  3. Soon you may realise the need of better machinery and may join gym on realisation of the need.
