  • New year is a year not a day.
  • The resolution should be planned accordingly.
  • Don't rush either its implementation or its results.

Eg. Suppose the resolution is to not eat junk food.

  1. After following tip-1 , the gist is to eat health.
  2. Rather than stopping the food you crave for ;set a time period for such embargo . Or first reduce it and slowly replace it with healthy food.
  3. Try different things that work for you. Don't worry about small hiccups.
  4. Remember it's a resolution for year, and till the time the year exists , the resolution too exists.
