A Wormhole was first proposed by Albert Einstein and Nathan Rose in 1935.
It is a theoretical bridge which connects large distances. It is a folded fabric of space-time.
Mathematically, they are highly unstable and collapse as soon as they form. They are said to form in "eternal black holes" which don't interact with mass.
