Create Systems Not Built Around Individuals

You can put simple structures in place that minimize the potential collateral damage that one individual’s shortcomings or departure from the team can cause.

A good place to start is having a document or platform where you store all company usernames and passwords (you’d have to do your research on this) so your Instagram page doesn’t go on sick leave when your social media manager does.
