As soon as you hang up the call and close all of your interview tabs you should:
- Write down all of the topics and questions you discussed.
- Connect with all of the people you met during the interview on LinkedIn. Send a personalized note if you can.
- Update your recruiter/hr connection about your post interview thoughts.
- Document any feedback that was given to you from the recruiter.
- Share your interview experience with an accountability buddy or professional community for more feedback/to practice for upcoming interviews.
- Research more about the company and team to see what others have said.
