As we are going to vote for a leader/s. We must look for qualities and strengths in them that will aid them to improve the lives of the collective. Of course, be aware that as there are strengths, a leader/s can also have weaknesses.

• Accountability - A leader/s must be brave and confident enough to be accountable for

their own mistakes and lapses.

• Responsible - This is needed, especially, in order for them to do what they have promised, and use their position for the advancement of the economy.
