Improving EQ, and in principle everything starts with yourself. Now I want to focus on EQ.
To get started, start writing down your emotions and the reason for them. Understand your range of emotions, you can better explain your emotional state. Understanding can also be improved with the help of suitable literature. It is advisable to do this experiment for a month, and preferably a year. So it will become a habit and an analysis of the emotional state will automatically occur.
