Улучшение EQ, да и в принципе всего начинается с себя. Сейчас хочу заострить внимание именно на EQ.
Для начала начните записывать свой эмоции и причину их появлении. Поймете свой спектр эмоции, сможете лучше объяснять своё эмоциональное состояние. Улучшить понимания можно также с помощью подходящих литератур. Желательно проделывать этот эксперимент месяц, а лучше год. Так оно войдет в привычку и автоматически будет происходить анализ эмоционального состояния.

После эксперимента, пробуйте вызвать у себя различные эмоции. Не имею виду стоять столбом и пробывать их вызвать. С помощью определенных действии надо достигать этого.
