Virtual and augmented reality may be used in the Metaverse to give users the feeling of being "within" the internet and interacting with other people, things, and assets in a virtual world. The future of the Metaverse is certain to bring a wide range of mental, physical, and emotional advantages, but there are also going to be drawbacks and undesirable side effects.
