Confucius once stated: "By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest."
Knowledge transfer is required. If you can't learn how to filter the knowledge from the noise, success could take a very long time.
