When the that thing we want is not achieved or we are facing a failure, sometimes we get confused and become more overthinking then in the end we will give up. If we are experiencing something like that, it would be nice if we did a rest and think phase.
Resting and Thinking Phase is a phase where we rest ourselves, mentally and mind from something bad that has happened or is happening but we still make plans for what we will do next. Or in other words we do refreshing but still think about the next step so that we don't think too much about the bad things in the problem.
