Get things done a Pomodoro way - Deepstash

Get things done a Pomodoro way

There is a psychological evidence that one can only have maximum 25 minutes of full focus and concentration on a particular task. then its better to take a short break for 5 minutes and again focus back for next 25 minutes and so on.

So a full round of one Pomodoro would be like,

25 min - focus

5 min - break (stretch, drink water, move around)

25 min - focus

5 min - break

25 min - focus

20 min - long break

You can use any tool available online to track your time. I use this simple one which gets my job done.

https://pomodor.app/timer

I strongly suggest to give it a try and see the result.
