Why Depths Are Scary?

People do things either subconsciously or consciously ,unconscious pattern is really deep ¬ achievable easily.

• When things we do subconsciously comes into conscious brain,there starts the problem.
• Means, you know every reason of 'Why am I doing this work?'
• Because-Things get really confusing as brain start overthinking(start calculating every possibility, pros, cons, effect,affect,why...) i.e.QUESTIONING related useless things ,sometimes directing brain away from the present task.
