How to know, What to do?

We all know what is urgency in a broad sense as,<ul><li>'A state of course of action of how quickly to get the work done, in order to achieve the desired result/ deadline'</li></ul>But let's define it in a new way, how about we call it as<ul><li>"A state of complete focus & maximum productivity ,driven by time deficiency"</li></ul>

What Is Urgency

<ul><li>People want to be productive, but it's the real problem ,they just WANT, but don't BECOME productive.</li></ul>Well, the true meaning of word PRODUCTIVE is misunderstood by many, they think it as the<ul><li>"Capacity of a person to work maximum output in an efficient & effective way"</li></ul>But the real true sense of BEING productive & WANNA-BE productive are 2 different things.

What Really Is "PRODUCTIVITY"

<ul><li>During an urgent response to a situation, our brain releases some hormones that were released during FRIEGHT ,FLIGHT OR FIGHT situations. In simple words , EMERGENCY or tense situations.</li><li>This increases the blood circulation to the muscles of arms & legs and directs more oxygen to the brain than other organs.</li><li>That further increases the overall performance of the human because, it further increases the efficiency of brain plus strength in body parts required to get the work done.</li></ul>Hence ,with this state of urgency, productivity also increases.

The eyes are said to be the "GATE" to inside soul. They tell much more about person than himself.Hopeless eyes , energetic eyes, enthusiastic eyes, Hopeful eyes, etc are there always besides us.

<ul><li>Today I found an interesting link about eyes & our experiences. </li><li>I was sitting in front of an “old man” in e-rickshaw. His eyes were “half-opened" and yellowish-red ,loose skin with wrinkles on head, tanned brown face and lean body in silent thought observing outside. </li><li>And also a "young boy" of maybe 10 years of age with “Completely open, wide, clean”, no wrinkles on face,healthy body having enthusiasm in eyes.</li><li>And in between an "adult" with no expressions, some wrinkles and eyes “down" and silently watching phone. </li></ul>

An INTERESTING Link

When rickshaw started , after some time “dust" started to get in “eyes" and their reactions are interesting:

<ul><li>Child starting crying “mama! Theirs dirt in my eyes”</li><li>Adult man silently rubbed his eyes like nothing bothered by it.</li><li>But old man didn't do anything because he had “closed his eyes" before rickshaw started.</li></ul>

Here eyes giving us 3 life lessons: <ol><li>As you become old , your open eyes will start folding & eventually shut down.</li></ol>The eyes that were “full of hope" at start ,with course of time start losing "trust" & gaining “experience" as the time passes.

2) The eyes becomes “Muddy” which were "clean” once.The pure heart full of “helping nature" start not believing & helping others.

3) The gain of “dirt" aka "experience”.

"The life is full of experiences , we have to just OBSERVE around us

People're becoming busy in their Phones, but experience comes from OBSERVATIONS .

There are 2 factors that drive person to do work - 1)Motivation, 2)Consitency Motivation <ul><li>Motivation is like "Self-kick" that helps us to do our work to reach goals.</li></ul>It's of 2 types -<ul><li>Intrinsic- means we're doing that work for "Internal satisfaction"</li><li>Extrinsic- means there is a FORCE that's driving us to do work. It can be money,car, luxury, or any other external lurable things. </li></ul>But Consistency is different , that is👇🏻

Motivation

<ul><li>Consistency is doing "WORK" daily without giving much thought & make them HABITS.</li><li>Here "WORK" means it must be 'Productive' and 'Necessary' . For eg- Studying,Following passion,building skills & revising old ones(so they cannot be forgotten) are all productive things, and Eating, keeping body clean & fit, participating in Sports activities, etc are necessary things , an individual must practice daily.</li><li>"Without giving much thought" means you have "Planned" the 'road' on which you go to achieve your specified goal. And you just need to focus 'daily' on "small tasks" that will lead to that. </li></ul>

Motivation is like "Self-kick" to get us on track & Consistency is track on which we have to run to achieve our goals(Success).On track, we have to use our "energy & time" Wisely (Statistically- with planning) to get goal fastlyAnd Motivation "triggers" to go on that 'Consistency route'

<ul><li>A person who is in state of flow is at his maximum potential & productivity , can complete task faster than any other time of day.</li><li>In martial arts , "State of flow/State like water" is when a person's body do work or reacts without thinking i.e. instinctively.</li></ul>

What Is Flow Of State

<ul><li>When you are doing your best work & are in a total state of flow, where there is no separation between you and your work you're doing, you're having NO THOUGHTS in the moment.</li><li>And if you're having thoughts, it's just FLOWING RIGHT THROUGH you without you having to thing about it.</li><li>In other words, for humans "the state of peak performance is state of non-thinking"</li></ul>"Think less, work more"

The State of "FLOW" or "Zero THOUGHT" 

In recent times ,with the loads of access of anything on internet in few seconds, teens got to expose to the outer world in some way or other & due to their curiosity they eventually some day started watching romance to adult situations .<ul><li>(UNESCO 2012) Students commonly self-report experiencing ongoing stress relating to their education, which we refer to as academic-related stress, like pressure to achieve high marks and concerns about receiving poor grades.</li><li>For Adults,on-time submission, deadlines, etc.</li><li>But problem starts when they misdirected to porn and use masturbation to relief stress. </li></ul>

First of all, identify the triggers that leads you to fap or watch porn. For some it can be a romantic scene, their "type" of person(attractive stimulation),magazines, things you follow , etc<ul><li>Now, Remove them instantly if possible.</li><li>After removing , find things or work that gives you "GOOD VIBES" and place them in your surroundings. Eg-Plants, PlayStation , chess, etc. </li><li>Or engage in work that gives you "SATISFACTION" after doing eg-planting sapling & taking care of it everyday.</li><li>Just make sure they are not at all related to TRIGGERS .</li><li>And practice these type of activities "EVERYDAY"</li></ul>

2) Keep Yourself CLEAN

<ul><li>Do Anything related to your goal, interest and productive but not a bit towards "TRIGGERS" all day.</li><li>By being BUSY , your thoughts,mind will be focussed at one work at a time throughout day, exhausted till night & not having energy or motivation to be directed to porn. </li><li>Aim for "big goals" ,divide it in small goals and achieve them daily.</li><li>Give yourself small "rewards" for every achievement at the end of day.</li></ul>

3) Be BUSY(most important) 

It's okay if you can't control it completely . Don't stress it or regret that you're now failed & never'll be able to drop this habit. <ul><li>"Widen the Time interval gap between 2 masturbation everytime with double the time before". </li></ul>Example-If you have did it, (say in 2 days)<ul><li>Just DON'T REPEAT SAME in same interval of time i.e. not again in 2 days, minimum after 4 day.</li><li>Again, follow above methods.</li></ul>When gap reaches 21 days, that's the victory.

<ul><li>Anybody who give you competition, a person who is a "physical obstruction" between you and your goal.</li><li>I have to overcome this and when you overcome him/her, find a new competitor.</li><li>You may ask- "By doing this we will always be competing and comparing us with others".</li><li>But a physical person is much easier to overcome rather than mental laziness,and ego of "I am the Best,no one can defeat me".</li></ul>By following this you can achieve your goal easily and may be ahead of more than your competition.

A Competitor 

<ul><li>Just "do your work continuously & not giving a single thought that you'll definitely be on top of your competition".</li><li>By this mindset you may not be first but will be more ahead than others(who not even tried or slack off sometimes) AND,</li><li>Most importantly you'll be "SATISFIED" with whateveryou achieve because you gave it your all. </li></ul>And that is definitely fine and healthy for your mind & body to grow further in future.And achieve anything in life if you give it your all.

We all know that human brain is a very mysterious thing that we're yet to be discover fully.There are things beyond the human intelligence & some psychologists who are deeply engraved in depths of mind are only able to give them words & faces.

As we dig deeper inside brain, there are layers Of brain that uncover . Psychologists divide them in 3 layers- <ul><li>Conscious - What we see, feel,and react to situations,etc functions of which we are AWARE of.</li><li>Subconscious - Actions we do, not knowingly,without thinking like-Calling out 'mom' whenever comes home,grooving on songs,etc .</li><li>Unconscious - Processes in the mind which occur automatically (eg-during sleep) and are not available to introspection and include thought processes, memories, interests, and motivations.</li></ul>

Depths Of Brain. 

People do things either subconsciously or consciously ,unconscious pattern is really deep &not achievable easily.<ul><li>When things we do subconsciously comes into conscious brain,there starts the problem.</li><li>Means, you know every reason of 'Why am I doing this work?'</li><li>Because-Things get really confusing as brain start overthinking(start calculating every possibility, pros, cons, effect,affect,why...) i.e.QUESTIONING related useless things ,sometimes directing brain away from the present task.</li></ul>

Why Depths Are Scary? 

People do some actions subconsciously(without giving much thought) & when they start thinking of reason (overthinking) , they get distracted from giving 100% of their brain power to the present task which results in 'CLUTTERED' work,spending more time than usual,ultimately not satisfactory output.ALSO, due to this the person cannot achieve "STATE OF FLOW".
