Depths Of Brain.
As we dig deeper inside brain, there are layers Of brain that uncover .
Psychologists divide them in 3 layers-
- Conscious - What we see, feel,and react to situations,etc functions of which we are AWARE of.
- Subconscious - Actions we do, not knowingly,without thinking like-Calling out 'mom' whenever comes home,grooving on songs,etc .
- Unconscious - Processes in the mind which occur automatically (eg-during sleep) and are not available to introspection and include thought processes, memories, interests, and motivations.

Why Depths Are Scary?
People do things either subconsciously or consciously ,unconscious pattern is really deep ¬ achievable easily.
- When things we do subconsciously comes into conscious brain,there starts the problem.
- Means, you know every reason of 'Why am I doing this work?'
- Because-Things get really confusing as brain start overthinking(start calculating every possibility, pros, cons, effect,affect,why...) i.e.QUESTIONING related useless things ,sometimes directing brain away from the present task.

Conclusion
People do some actions subconsciously(without giving much thought) & when they start thinking of reason (overthinking) , they get distracted from giving 100% of their brain power to the present task which results in 'CLUTTERED' work,spending more time than usual,ultimately not satisfactory output.
ALSO, due to this the person cannot achieve "STATE OF FLOW".
