Lucius Annaeus Seneca and also known simply as Seneca, was a Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, dramatist, and the advisor of the Rome's King Neron.The works written about stoicism are known as often present the school of thought in hypothetical terms, however, Seneca's this essay focuses on constructive and practicable advice.
