Navinder singh sarao the mastermind behind the flash crash in 2010,when the market just tumbled within minutes.He being a computer genius made a software which was so quixotic that figuring out the code was difficult to understand.He with his techy knowledge built a software which placed order with bulk qty in the market and just before it would be executed it would be canceled within a fraction of a second.This created a spurious indication in the exchange and panic began to rise in the market,which in turn made the market to crash.
