Beware of buzzwords

Companies use buzzwords to embellish their food products:

• organic
• non-genetically modified organisms
• low sugar
• low fat

While these descriptions may be useful to customers, they are also marketing terms that paint an inaccurate picture that some foods are substantially healthier than others.
