Humans are thrill-seekers, the physical being wants to be fed with dopamine fillers, there is no need to feel guilty about that but too much of anything is not good for anyone.  As much as we want to feel good physically it is important to "feed the soul".Don't just chase the dopamine• Push yourself to the limit- explore yourself and your limits • The human experience is finite so go on and live it to the fullest by socializing, and exercising whatever gets you going besides the screens.

According to Marcus Aurelius, the antidote to anger is kindness.Yes, anger is a response but it is not the healthiest response to the situation.Whenever you're angry :• Take a moment(count to 10 if you must)• It's best not to react to the situation if you're angry• Remove yourself from the situation and come back when you're calm.• Cooler heads will prevail.• An angry reaction is not a sign of strength or power -its a loss of self-control.

More than anything fear is a friend. Consider how fear is just your mind making you aware of the danger. This has been an attribute of human nature since the dawn of time.Think of fear as a caring friend that doesn't want to see you getting hurt
