If you talked to other people the way you talked to yourself, you’d probably have zero friends, no job, and multiple warrants out for your arrest. Why treat yourself in a different way?

This is an extremely effective way to speed up the learning process.

If you quiz yourself and answer incorrectly,  you are more likely to remember the right answer after you look it up and you'll also remember the fact you didn't remember.

Then walk. Walk across a room, down the block, walk a mile at your speed. Eventually, you'll find yourself walking further and faster. In time you may want to start running. If you hate running, swap it out for something else.
