Layer two comprises of our actions, emotions, and thoughts, including our reactions to life’s moments and circumstances from layer one.
Now, layer three is made up of how we brand the other two layers. If we tag a situation, an action, a feeling, or a thought as “normal,” we often take this to mean that even if it's unpleasant, it’s pretty typical, and we’re not alone.
