Trust the process

Summed up, it goes like this: you go through every possession you own, hold it in your hands, and keep it only if it evokes some kind of “joy”.

The theory is that any possession that gives you bad or mixed feelings is too costly to have in your life, if it’s possible to get rid of it.

Focusing on the average makes sense when you're hoping to sustain something, even if it is not always a perfectly easy and consistent output.

It works when you are already putting in a bit of effort, but want to improve that effort over the long-term.

It takes time for our minds to process the situation properly. Practice patience because you do not need all of the answers right at this instant. Like with any creative process, the first answers aren't usually the best ones.

Keep in mind that the right answers will arrive in due time.
